01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 777jili platform, including the website at 777jili.one, the 777jili mobile application, and all associated services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on 777jili, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you are accessing 777jili on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the 777jili platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the 777jili app.

777jili reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using 777jili and close your account.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use a 777 jili account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777jili does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual, using your own personal details. Corporate or shared accounts are not permitted.
• You must not already hold an active 777jili account. Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from the 777jili platform.

777jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is truthful and accurate. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777jili account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 777jili will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 777jili account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings — this is strongly recommended.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact 777jili support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

777jili is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. However, if you report a suspected breach promptly, 777jili will take reasonable steps to investigate and protect your account.

04 Deposits & Payments

777jili accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All account balances are displayed in BDT. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may trigger additional verification steps.

• Deposits are credited to your 777jili account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 777jili does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering within 12 months of the last account activity may be subject to an inactivity fee as described in Section 11.

777jili reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have been made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the funds will be returned to the originating payment method where possible.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless otherwise agreed with the support team.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawals of ৳50,000 or more may require additional identity verification before processing.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• 777jili reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests. This may delay processing but will not result in funds being withheld without cause.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. Requests to send funds to a third party will be declined.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

777jili offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses at 777jili carry a wagering requirement, which means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less. The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: 777jili monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software, or exploiting technical errors.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per round or spin is ৳500 unless the offer terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 777jili platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that results are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 777jili or by players.

• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game reflects the theoretical long-term payout rate and is accurate to the game specifications provided by the game developer.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the 777jili server. If a round cannot be resolved, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.
• Game results displayed on your screen are final once confirmed by the server. If there is a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and the server record, the server record takes precedence.
• 777jili reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you may raise a dispute by contacting 777jili support within 72 hours of the disputed round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 777jili platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that gives an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 777jili platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 777jili staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the 777jili platform or its underlying software.

09 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you cannot deposit or place bets.

• 777jili does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. 777jili will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where possible.

12 Changes to Terms

777jili may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777jili will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the 777jili platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5.
